A well-travelled, multilingual New Zealander, Philip R. Weiser moved to Bermuda after finishing his studies in Lausanne, Switzerland. Later he progressed to the United States and was awarded a job as an executive of an International Hotel corporation. After several years and promotions, Philip later immigrated to the United Kingdom and was then appointed as the International Marketing Director of one of the worlds largest hotel groups. Inherently an entrepreneur, and with a valuable wealth of industry knowledge, Philip launched a new company based in the exclusive areas of central London dealing with rentals of furnished luxury apartments and penthouse suits. Philip understood that this was a niche sector of the hospitality industry and a convenient alternative to luxury hotels – this new venture turned out to be a great success due to the growing demand.
Following his accomplishment, Philip and his young family settled in the South of France, where he delved into the world of luxury real estate development and dealings. In 1995 Philip founded Carlton International, the first brand of the Carlton Group, now present across the Côte d’Azur, and Portugal. Providing clients with Property Management, Seasonal Rentals, asset acquisition and specialising in the sale of luxury homes and villas across the French Riviera.
After several years at leading houses including LVMH and Omnicom, where she worked in operational marketing and then client management, Audrey joined Carlton International as the group’s Marketing Director. Her mission: to embody, at every touchpoint, the standards of a house specialising in prestige real estate on the Côte d’Azur. From brand strategy and content to client experience, partnerships and high-potential lead generation, Audrey orchestrates every lever that positions Carlton International within the luxury landscape of the Riviera and beyond.
A graduate of SKEMA Business School, Juliette Le Blay has spent several years working across luxury, communications and creative project management. After experience at prestigious agencies and houses, she joined Carlton Group to support the group’s marketing development and brand image. With a keen sensitivity to aesthetics, art de vivre and bespoke experiences, she contributes to showcasing Carlton Group’s exclusive and international world.
Born in London and living on the Côte d’Azur since her teens, Lauren has always moved between French, British and American cultures. She began her career in real estate alongside her father before working in communications and advertising in London, then in the United States across image, design, fashion and luxury. Returning to the Côte d’Azur, she naturally found her way back to prestige real estate — a profession that brings together everything she loves: human connections, art de vivre, architecture and unique places. Having known the region for over 40 years, Lauren now focuses on marketing, digital communication and social media, showcasing exceptional properties and creating authentic connections with an international clientele through a human, aesthetic and personalised approach.
