A graduate of EDHEC’s Advanced Program, Bernard ALBERINI joined the CARLTON Group as a partner to create CARLTON HOTELBROKERS, a structure exclusively dedicated to hotel sales in France and internationally.

Skilled in negotiation and backed by more than 15 years of experience in business acquisitions and disposals, Bernard spent the last ten years in various African countries on behalf of European groups, where he was involved in the creation, acquisition, or restructuring of subsidiaries.

By listening closely to the needs expressed by individual hoteliers, groups, and investors, the portfolio inherited from Carlton International has been restructured to better match the demand for quality hotels within relevant budgets and operational ratios that are considered “bankable.”
